This workshop will help you dive deeper into your practice by approaching yoga as a fluid form rather than a structured format. Limited to 12 students to ensure a personalized experience.

11am - 11:30am: Morning Tea

11:30am - 12:30pm: Guided Meditation

1pm - 2pm: Picnic Lunch by the Beach

2pm - 3:30pm: Meredith - Embodiment Yoga, Chakra Flow

3:30pm - 4pm: Closing Ceremony

If you wish to spend the night on the island we recommend Marguerites on Magnetic, a 15-minute walk to the studio, and close to many restaurants and cafes.
